Workshop and Event Booking Terms

  • Registration & Payment: Workshop spaces are limited and secured upon full payment. Confirmation emails will be sent with all necessary details.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made up to 7 days before the event will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 3-6 days prior will receive a 50% refund. No refunds are available for cancellations within 48 hours of the event or for no-shows.
  • Participant Responsibilities: Attendees are expected to follow all safety instructions provided by our instructors, especially when handling hot equipment. Any damage to equipment caused by negligence may incur charges.
  • Group Bookings: For group bookings or private event inquiries, specific contracts will be provided outlining bespoke terms and conditions.

Catering and Private Hire Terms

For catering services and private hire of our café space, detailed contracts are always provided. Below are the general terms:

  • Contract & Deposits: All catering and private hire services require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit (typically 25%) to secure the booking. The balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.
  • Menu & Modifications: Final menu selections and any dietary accommodations must be confirmed no later than 10 days before the event. Changes after this period may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
  • Cancellation Policy: Cancellation fees apply based on the proximity to the event date. Details are outlined in your specific catering or private hire contract. Force majeure clauses are included to address unforeseen circumstances.
  • Equipment & Venue: Unless otherwise agreed, clients are responsible for ensuring the venue meets health & safety requirements for our team and equipment.
